This website describes InkStone Publisher’s services and provides general writing and publishing information. Browsing the site or submitting an inquiry does not create a paid project or guarantee that a service is available for your circumstances. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.

Your project agreement

The written quote, proposal, confirmation, or service agreement for your project defines its services, deliverables, responsibilities, review rounds, fees, and timing. Work begins when the agreed scope and required payment arrangements are confirmed. Services or materials not listed in that scope are not automatically included.

Information and permissions you provide

Supply accurate project and contact information, suitable source files, and timely feedback. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to use materials you provide. Keep copies of your files, and review factual claims, quotations, personal information, credits, and any specialist content before approving publication.

Original material and commissioned work

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you retain ownership of your original manuscript and materials. You authorize the use, editing, formatting, storage, and relevant sharing of supplied materials as needed for the agreed services. Rights in commissioned work, stock assets, fonts, or other licensed material are governed by the applicable agreement or license.

Revisions and approvals

Included revisions and review stages are those specified for your project. A major change in direction, new material, additional versions, or work beyond the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and schedule. Check drafts, designs, and proofs carefully; approval allows the relevant stage to move forward.

Timing and dependencies

Schedules depend on the scope, readiness of source material, review cycles, author feedback, and any external provider’s processing time. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed deadlines. Missing information, delayed approvals, or changes to the project can affect delivery.

Prices, payments, and cancellation

Fees and payment stages are confirmed in the project documents. Printing, shipping, advertising budgets, platform charges, or ongoing subscriptions may be separate. Ask about any unclear cost before authorizing work. Cancellation, refunds, and the treatment of completed or committed work follow the written project terms and applicable law.

External platforms and outcomes

Retailers, printers, distributors, and other providers set their own requirements and decide whether material is accepted or remains available. InkStone Publisher does not guarantee platform acceptance, sales, royalties, rankings, reviews, media coverage, or bestseller status. Account owners remain responsible for reviewing their own account, rights, payment, pricing, and tax information.

Website information and intellectual property

Articles and service descriptions are general information, not individualized legal, tax, or financial advice. Obtain specialist advice when your circumstances require it. Website text, branding, and other materials may be owned by or licensed to InkStone Publisher or their respective rights holders. Normal browsing does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse them.
